Your day-to-day tasks will focus on researching specific sports/events and identifying relevant individuals within those networks with the remit to commission entertainment or brand activations. This could include relevant marketing, PR, or sponsorship agencies.
Your primary geographic focus will be on brands and campaigns across the EMEA region working closely with the Sales Manager for Europe & Africa and the Senior Sales Manager for the Middle East.

For project enquiries you generate, you will prepare proposals and pitch documents, maintaining, protecting, and enhancing SKYMAGIC’s brand reputation in any communication with potential clients.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:
* Focused primary and secondary research into brand launches, upcoming anniversary campaigns, out of home advertising agencies, sponsorship and partnership deals, and a wide range of consumer brands from fashion to automotive, entertainment to FMCG.
* List building of companies, organisations, and key decision-makers for these areas of focus. Managing and developing a database of prospects and key business contacts.
* Lead generation through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Analysis of market share for drone light shows within the global sporting event industry.
* Staying up to date and informed of relevant brand and industry specific news as well as product launches, sponsorship deals, and trends. You’ll assist the wider team by disseminating this information across the global sales workforce.
* Maintaining the SKYMAGIC CRM system with updated and cleansed data.
* Preparation of proposals and pitch documents for active enquiries.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience and/or knowledge of brand campaigns – this could be from working directly for a brand, or from an agency background across advertising, out-of-home or through sponsorship relationship. Key will be the sales skills and expertise you will have gained in this role that will enable you to gain the trust of brand managers, campaign strategists or media buyers.
The postholder will be required to work collaboratively and independently, with strong time and project management skills.
You’ll be a competent user of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar, email, virtual meeting platforms, and ideally will have prior experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
A strong LinkedIn network of relevant contacts is an advantage.
At interview, you should be able to demonstrate your desk research skills, and evidence your practical application of record keeping and your analytical skills.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a sales or client services focused role based within a creative or OOH agency, marketing business, sponsorship company, venue, or a similar organisation. We welcome applications from individuals with wider sales experience from other sectors.
You will be an effective communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills.

We love individuals who have an inquisitive nature, are diligent with excellent attention to detail and are open to new ideas.
