Sales Assistant
Location: Braintree (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Sales Assistant to join our growing Braintree-based team.
This role involves contacting prospective customers from a pre-approved client list, introducing our services, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers from a pre-approved client list
* Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships
* Introduce products and services and identify customer needs
* Generate sales leads and arrange appointments where appropriate
* Update customer information accurately on company systems
* Work towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Confident, professional, and positive attitude
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* Basic IT proficiency
* Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
