My client is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. Duties
* Lead , motivate and develop the retail sales team, including performance management, coaching and day-to-day support.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
* Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed expectations.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
* Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across digital channels, print media, and events
* Take ownership of the company's e-commerce sales activity, managing product listings, pricing, stock availability and online promotions across platforms such as Shopify.
Skills
* Proven management experience leading sales and marketing teams with a focus on achieving measurable results
* Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of expanding client portfolios
* Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and customer relationship management
* Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making
