What you will do
As a Sales and Marketing Executive you will look after existing client accounts, managing their ongoing needs offering upgrades and renewals when appropriate. Offer a consultative approach to account management ensuring they have all the relevant knowledge about the products and services they use. Ensuring you are able to discuss new services that might be suitable and identify opportunities for upselling.This is a supporting role to the sales team and will involve a good proportion of general administration, emails, raising sales orders, updating databases and price lists, calling clients and creating marketing and sales promotions.
