Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

In this dynamic position, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. You will work closely with the management team to execute campaigns, analyse data and optimise strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
● Monitor and analyse website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
● Monitor and analyse PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, optimising strategies to improve performance and ROI
● Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
● Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
● Assist in the creation and editing of video content
● Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
● Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting email lists.
● Assisting with customer queries via phone, email and live chat.
● Managing the company website content including product updating, page content. Ensuring all areas are fully optimised for SEO.
● Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, SEO, video content, and PPC.
● Assist with any general marketing or brand events as requested
Skills & Experience:
● Experience using website management systems eg: Preferably Shopify
● Experience with SEO, Facebook Ads/Google Ads/Bing Ads.
● Experience with social media platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
● 1-2 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing or related role
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Mail-Chimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and Social Media management tools
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Strong level of communication skills, written and verbal.
● Exceptional organisational skills and time management.
● Team player with a strong problem-solving attitude.
● Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
● Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
