Sales and Marketing Assistant – £13ph plus hol pay - Remote

Start: ASAP
End: 3 months initially

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and sales teams in various tasks aimed at driving a new product launch and wider business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and excited to learn, to apply their skills in a unique company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct market research to scope and identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis

* Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities including setting up meetings with clients and prospects

* Help maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

* Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, in person events etc.)

* Prepare marketing materials and presentations including creating social media visual assets and writing copy for social posts with guidance on key messages/calls to action

* Help with video creation/editing and PowerPoint design following brand guidelines/templates

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication

* Assist in the design and editing of company websites using WiX

* Track and report on the performance of marketing and sales initiatives

* Other administrative duties as and when required

PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Strong interest in marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow

* Enthusiastic and driven self-starter with a willingness to take on new challenges

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe InDesign
