Description:

Do you have effective customer focused administration experience? Do you consider yourself to be IT literate? Are you based in or around Swindon?

If the answer is "Yes", then Aggregate Industries is looking for someone like you to join as a Sales and Logistics Administrator on a temporary basis initially. The ideal applicant for this position will be able to multitask and have worked within a logistics/export environment previously.

Role - Sales and Logistics Administrator (100% office based)

Pay - £15.59ph

Location- Aggregate Industries, North End Farm Works, Ashton Keynes, Swindon SN6 6QX

Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 37 hours per weeks, paid breaks

Duration- 3 months initially with the opportunity for a permanent position

Start date - ASAP (within one week)

Responsibilities:

Receiving customer enquiries via telephone
Providing administrative support to internal and external sales representatives
Managing the accurate input of customer purchase order information
Managing the accurate allocation of product to customers
Processing all post sales administration tasks
Resolving any queries the customer has within a timely manner
Communicating with internal and external contacts in a clear and efficient manner
Providing resolutions to all queries raised
Signposting stakeholders in the right direction for queries you are unable to resolve
Handling any complaints in a quick and effective manner
Collaborating data into IT systemsExperience needed:

Prior experience in a customer focused administrative role
Capacity to operate with minimal supervision
Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office
Experience with in house IT systems
Confident telephone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience within a Logistics/Export role Benefits:
