£50,000 OTE £80,000 + Share Options

An exceptional opportunity has crossed my desk for a leading independent in Berkshire. This unique role for a Sales and Lettings Director has become available as the business owner intends to step back.
Responsibilities include:
-Driving the team towards achieving the annual target of £500,000 for 2024.
-Conducting annual reviews and monthly performance assessments.
-Overseeing recruitment processes.
-Establishing performance benchmarks.
-Weekly meetings with the owner for comprehensive review.
As success unfolds, the owner is open to discussing share options. Essentially, this role presents an opportunity for the right individual to leave their mark on the business.
