About the role Sales and administration
We are looking to fill an immediate vacancy within our busy office team. This is a varied, fast-paced position in a successful, secure company working from our new site in Bilston
Key duties
•Talking to customers – building relationships
• Input and maintain order, invoice, purchases
• Update and maintain our SAP system with a high level of accuracy
• Liaise with colleagues across departments
About you
• Outgoing, friendly manner with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• First-rate timekeeping and strong attention to detail
• Confident with Microsoft Office (or similar) and quick to learn new systems
• Knowledge of, or experience in, the fastener industry is an advantage but not essential
What we offer
• Hours: 37 per week
• Monday–Thursday 8:30–17:00, Friday 8:30–16:30 (1 - hour lunch)
