Our client, European HQ of a global IT Solutions company is looking to hire a Sales Analyst to work in their office in Chertsey, Surrey.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Supporting Digital innovation team by undertaking various sales activities and administrative job duties.
To support each month routine jobs regarding such as invoicing and contract managing with high volume of transaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Process and register sales leads into sales system (OpenPlace)
* Based on sales information create weekly/ Monthly report
* Actively engage with vendors and customers to process sales activities effectively
* Understand sales targets of team and tracking individual’s sales goal
* Engage with other UK team (i.e. procurement team) and also HQ team to resolve any sales related issues.
* Create sales related documents such as Quotation, Purchase Order, and Invoice etc.
* Invoicing customers and follow-up
* Understand internal solutions and pricing structure
* Update all contact information for customers
* Other necessary administrative work including presenting sales team with necessary documents
* Contract management with Samsung customers
* Invoice management – billing and sending
* Customer expense claim support through IRP system
* Forecasting teams monthly and yearly performance/expectations on SAP
* Completing month end tasks
EDUCATION
* Studying in MIS or Management/Business
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Essential –
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong analytical foundation.
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple functions and organizational areas
* Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Korean Speaking
HOURS OF WORK
37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
