Sales Consultants - Glasgow
Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission & additional quarterly bonuses
Do you prefer working in a smaller sales team, allowing you to make a bigger impact? The beauty of our Glasgow office is that you'll be working for a global leading organisation, however you'll be situated in one of our smaller hubs, which means you'll be based in a close knit sales function, being able to make a bigger impact.
We still have all the typical stuff that any sales team enjoys - music pumping, incentives ran daily, leaderboards to win prizes, uncapped commission, and quarterly holidays and bonuses to hit.
So what do we do?
We are a consultancy service helping businesses with compliance, health & safety, audits, inspections, risk assessments, court cases, and many more.
Everything you do will be unscripted, we want your personality to shine through when selling services, giving you the chance to truly get to know your clients. The more meetings you book in, the more money you'll ultimately make.
Our top performing consultant is on track to earn £120,000 - that's game changing £££!
You get leads from all channels. You must be comfortable in picking up the phone and making dials happen whether that be a cold or warm call. We have leads coming from clients who have attended seminars, cancellations, website leads, and clients who have downloaded our brochures, and cold data. You can even jump on the internet and self-source leads in your dedicated region, with most of our consultants given the freedom to pick an industry they like targeting the most.
Once 70% of your meetings are sat you'll be given premium leads, so hard work is genuinely rewarded with the good stuff. If you come across a client who is already with us, you can even upsell on additional products too.
What can I achieve?
Being based in a smaller team means better opportunities for you to progress.
The best route for most is moving into a Business Development Manager role, meaning you'll move into sitting the meetings your currently booking in daily. This gets you off the phones, into a closer role, with the chance to earn up to 250K per year.
