Are you a customer focused individual who is passionate about providing positive customer experiences while spotting opportunities to grow customer engagement and sales?
You will be the trusted advisor that proactively onboards customers into our e.club programme while supporting the Digital Sales Team turning conversations into opportunities to develop future sales and improve digital engagement.
About the Role
Process stock and indent orders for customers, highlighting our website as an alternative option.
Supporting customers with pricing, product advice and follow-up activity.
Maintaining accurate CRM records to support a seamless customer journey and boarder visibility.
Onboarding customers into our e.club program, helping them get the most from our digital offering.
Proactively engaging with existing, new and inactive customers to drive digital module.
Qualifying inbound enquiries and identifying new sales opportunities.
Working closely with our sales teams to ensure opportunities are handed over effectively.
