Job Title: Sales Advisor

Salary: £25,330 per annum (OTE £27,863) plus benefits

Our client, a leading FTSE250 company in Peterborough, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Conduct property tours to showcase available storage units and explain features and benefits
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate storage solutions
* Process rental agreements and assist with administrative tasks
* Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize revenue
* Maintain a clean and organized facility to enhance the customer experience
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
* Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in basic computer skills
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
