As a Sales Advisor based in Castlewellan you’ll be responsible for:

Serving customers on the trade counter and understanding their specific needs to provide product recommendations.
*
Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a proactive, positive attitude to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
*
Performing general warehouse duties such as unpacking deliveries, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
*
Industry or merchant experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
*
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
*
Previous experience in sales, warehouse or customer service
*
Full UK Driving License for adhoc deliveries
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm along with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm.
