Chartway Building Supplies have spent the last 25 years helping local trades, customers & companies deliver all types of build projects, from home renovations and DIY to large scale developments all across the South East.

Right now, due to our continued growth plans, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our growing Building Supplies business om a permanent contract out of our store in Queensborough, Isle of Sheppy, Kent.

About The Role…

As our Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders, and customers, as well as ensuring Chartway Building Supplies are the partner of choice for all of our trades customers.

You’ll be responsible for responding to enquiries from our internal stakeholders, ensuring any queries or complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.

You’ll collaborate with our sales teams and ensure the business meets its sales targets and goals.

You’ll assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, develop a comprehensive and extensive understanding of products, and materials, as well as ensuring you’re up to date on new features and industry trends.

Your excellent customer service, and communication skills will allow you to fit seamlessly into the team and ensure we’re providing a quality service to our customers.
