We're looking for an energetic, confident and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in Stratford. Located within one of London's busiest retail destinations, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning customer conversations into sales.

You could come from fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors, hospitality or another customer-focused environment. What matters most is your energy, sales ability and determination to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engage customers confidently and deliver a warm, personalised service.

Build strong product knowledge and guide customers through their purchases.

Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs in a high-footfall store.

Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.

Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment.

Confidence approaching customers and building relationships quickly.

A strong commercial mindset with the drive to achieve targets.

Energy, resilience and the ability to thrive within a busy store.

An interest in premium products, design, interiors or lifestyle retail would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
