Sales Advisor - Warm Sales! - £22k Basic + Realistic OTE £60k (uncapped)
Based in Nelson, Lancashire
Working Hours 9am-5pm (no weekends!) 36.25hr week!
We are delighted to be partnering with an amazing business in Nelson who’s owners are on a mission to drive fundamental change in the Business Services market. With over 30 years market experience they have created an innovative solution that has gained quick traction in the market and has the potential to revolutionise the business services market
This Sales Advisor role will be part of a new department assisting businesses with service claims, all leads are proivded and warm there is no cold calling in this role! You will be to approach businesses and qualify their eligibility then take them through a claim set up process.
In brief the Sales Advisor role will involve:
* Make outbound calls to warm leads and engage in effective sales conversations
* Present and explain services to potential clients, emphasizing key features and benefits
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, maintaining contact until contracts are signed
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
This is a fast-paced phone-based Sales Advisor role so is perfect for a strong communicator who loves to talk! You will need a professional approach, plenty of drive and a naturally infectious personality to make the most of the lucrative commission structure! £60k is absolutely achievable, in fact there is the possibility to earn even more if you want to!
Previous phone-based sales experience is ideal although we will also consider up and coming sales superstars if you have the above mindset and come from a target driven retail or hospitality background.
