My client is seeking Sales Advisors to join their family run business based in Ross on Wye in a modern office.
Responsibilities:
* Assist existing and new clients over the phone, mainly on an inbound basis.
* Maximize opportunity through upselling.
* Use the database to contact local businesses and domestic customers.
* Drive sales by offering an excellent customer service.
* Build rapport with existing and new clients.
Skills required:
* At least 1 years' experience in a sales role.
* Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person.
* Have a high attention to detail, you will be managing inventory, and customer’s needs.
* Driven and motivated to work in a target driven environment.
