Searching for a UK Sales Advisor to join our clients team!
We are currently searching for a UK Sales Advisor to join our client, who manufacture specialist capital equipment.
As the new UK sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and developing sales opportunities for a range of specialist equipment leading to increased company turnover and profitability (examples of specialist equipment are below)
* Responding to client enquiries, visiting clients to advise and discuss specific requirements and liaising with the office to provide quotations.
* Ensure all possible influencers of any project are known and dealt with
* Researching new markets and possible projects
* Working with the UK Sales Manager to ensure that all enquiries are responded to in a professional and efficient manner.
Skills and experience required for the role:
* Experience of covering a large sales territory with travel throughout the UK
* You will ideally have previous experience within a similar role with a technical / practical background and experience of a consultative selling role
* Project based sales experience including site measuring surveys
* Experience of providing sales and technical presentations to user groups, consultants and specifiers
* Experience of selling products for NHS, funeral services, mortuary, crematorium, cemetery, pathology, laboratory, universities etc. would be advantageous
* Experience of selling any of the following equipment would be advantageous: Refrigeration, washing and sterilising equipment, fume cupboards, ventilation systems, biological safety cabinets, stretchers, trolleys, autopsy and dissecting equipment, body storage equipment etc.

* On Target Earnings of £46,000
