Contact clients to inform them about missing documents or errors in their application
Retrieve additional documentation or correct application details, such as addresses and phone numbers
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the application process
Demonstrate attention to detail when reviewing client applications
Utilise computer skills to access and update client information accurately

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting clients to provide vital information regarding missing documents or errors in their applications. Your role will involve retrieving additional documentation and assisting clients in amending their applications, such as addresses or phone numbers. With your excellent telephone skills and attention to detail, you will guide clients through the application process and provide exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong computer skills and the ability to accurately update and retrieve client information. Your cheerful and professional demeanour will be key in ensuring positive interactions with clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
