Description:
Sales Administrator required for our Colchester based client. In your positions as Sales Administrator, you will be processing incoming orders from adding them onto the companies’ internal systems and liaising with all parties involved keeping them up to date with the progress of their order. To be considered for this Sales Administrator position you must possess a few years administration experience, have excellent customer service skills and happy to work in a small team.
The role
* Processing incoming sales order
* Inputting sales order onto the system
* Keeping customers updated with their order progress
* Maintain effective communication and support with internal and external members
* Ensure customer queries and problems are dealt with promptly
* Building relationships with trade customers
* Provide professional customer service levels always
* Strive to achieve weekly & monthly sales targets

* Possess a few years administration experience ideally dealing with sales orders
* Keen and motivated
* Strong IT skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Able to work under pressure to deadlines
* Have an excellent telephone manner
