Our client is a company committed to delivering exceptional service and products to their valued customers. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team in driving business growth.

Responsibilities: As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you'll:

Respond promptly and efficiently to customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain and update customer records and database entries.
Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key Duties:

Handle customer enquiries and maintain communication records.
Prepare and process quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist in sales order processing and maintain meticulous administration.
Coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Provide general administrative support, including filing and documentation. Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a client-facing role is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and familiarity with SAGE 200 system.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Adaptability and capability to manage changing priorities effectively
