SF Group is proud to be partnering with one of the largest independent contractors in the UK. We are currently seeking a diligent and efficient Sales Administrator to support the Sales Manager during a 9-month maternity cover.

An opportunity to join the team immediately in a market-led environment where your administrative and customer service skills will contribute to our continued success.

We are looking for an immediate start to offer a generous handover.
Monday - Friday - Full Time , Office Based, 37.5 with flexibility.
£22,500 - £24,000

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
Ensure the Sales Manager has all necessary details to provide accurate and successful quotes.
Create and distribute month-end sales reports.
Track and demonstrate won/lost works.
Address and resolve customer issues related to delivery, invoicing, paperwork, and CCTV surveys.
Organise sales and regional sales paperwork.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a sales administration role is preferred.
Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred.
Dynamics 365 is used for Quotations, candidates with experience with this is a bonus.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
