Sales Administrator
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

An innovative and leading business, based in Bury St Edmunds is expanding their team and are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing business.

Primarily your role will include supporting a Sales team of 5 across the globe, with the Order Processing & Sales Administration for the business.

This role will require a professional Administrator who has experience working with spreadsheets and data inputting. You will be required to have good IT skills as well as being organised and personable in order to manage work load and speak with customers where necessary.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

•Sales Administration
•Checking quotes and inputting onto CRM system (Sage - soon to be SICON)
•Processing Label sales orders and supplier POs
•Sales/Service Team PA Travel bookings & general administration
•Tray/Label Tracking
•Reception/Meeting Facilities
•Sales and Engineering Expenses
•Any other ad-hoc duties within this department

Additional Information:

•Location Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
•Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
•Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
•Permanent, Full Time
•Start Date ASAP
