We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Administrator who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships and, most importantly, bringing in new business!
This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and administration. You’ll need to be happy picking up the phone, chasing new opportunities and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What will you be doing?
1. Proactively contacting potential customers and generating new business.
2. Answering incoming sales calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
3. Taking and processing orders, keeping track of progress and deliveries.
4. Liaising with the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
5. Using booking systems and keeping customer records up to date.
6. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What are we looking for?
1. Someone confident on the phone with a great attitude.
2. A proactive person who enjoys sales and isn't afraid to go after new business.
3. Good organisational and administration skills.
4. Someone who can manage their workload and keep on top of multiple orders.
5. Sales or sales administration experience would be an advantage, but we're particularly interested in someone with the right attitude, confidence and drive
