I am recruiting on behalf of my client in Wolverhampton who are now looking to expand their team with a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be joining a stable business that was founded over 50 years ago and are leading manufacturers in their industry.
You will be based in a small team, at the heart of the business.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders ensuring a seamless experience for their customers. This role requires a detail orientated individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the internal system
Review orders for accuracy, completeness and compliance along with company procedure
Communicate with customers to confirm order details, address any issues and provide delivery status updates
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any order related issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and any changes or updates
Assist with any other administrations tasks as and when necessary
Requirements:
Previous administration/customer service/sales administration experience is essential
Proficiency in using order processing software is beneficial
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer care skills is essential
Positive attitude
