Sales Administrator - Teeside
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established company specialising in the manufacture and fabrication of vehicle bodies in Stockton.
This is a full-time, permanent position and would suit someone with strong administration and customer service skills, ideally with previous experience within a logistics, transport, automotive or engineering environment.
The Role:
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Processing sales orders and customer enquiries
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Preparing quotations, paperwork and documentation
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating orders and assisting with delivery schedules
Supporting the sales and logistics functions to ensure orders are processed efficiently
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar administrative role
Logistics, transport, automotive or engineering experience preferred
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team
