Main responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:
Raise and process invoices accurately and correctly
Manage and maintain customer accounts and records
Prepare sales reports and presentations
Assist in the coordination and execution of sales orders
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required
Skills required for this Sales Administrator role:
Proficiency in Sage 50 is essential
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
