Looking for a talented Venue Sales Agent to join the fastest growing ISP in South West of England
Key Responsibility
Ensure precise documentation of customers' orders in progress.
Serve as a link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Address customer inquiries promptly, offering essential information or aid.
Enter and keep customer data up to date in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
