We are actively seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a prestigious franchise-approved car dealership in Swindon. The successful individual will join a reputable team at a dealership renowned for its premium vehicle range and customer service standards. Full-time, permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayDuties of a Sales Administrator:

Manage all sales administration duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records, vehicle files, and documentation to ensure compliance
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Monitor and coordinate the progress of retail and fleet vehicle deliveries
Process vehicle orders, registrations, and invoicing efficiently
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth vehicle handovers
Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks to help meet departmental targets
Ensure all vehicle documentation, compliance checks, and vehicle checks are completed accurately and timelyRequirements of a Sales Administrator:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or in a similar sales administration role
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferred)
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points is advantageous but not essential
