Description
As a Sales Administrator you will:
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support as needed
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Support the sales team's efforts to meet customer expectationsProfile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
A solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
