Description:
A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting a friendly and reliable Temporary Sales Administrator to support their busy sales office. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, from 2nd September to 23rd December, paying £13.00 per hour.
Your key duties in this Temporary Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Processing and managing customer orders
Handling customer enquiries
Inputting data accurately into systems
Taking customer orders by phone
Providing excellent customer service
Supporting the wider sales team
General sales administrationSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Previous sales administration or office experience
Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills and communication
