Providing administrative support to the sales team
Managing current sales processes
Managing current accounts
Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
Maintaining accurate records of sales data
Assisting in the creation of sales reports and presentations
Communicating with clients to resolve any queries or issuesProfile
Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
Strong sales experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A customer-oriented approach and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of sales software
