Description:
We are currently recruiting for the position of Part Time Used Car Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established automotive dealership located in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. This Part Time Used Car Sales Administrator role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade administrative professionals seeking long-term career progression within a busy sales environment.
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Processing all vehicle sales documentation from point of sale through to delivery
Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and customer files
Managing finance, warranty, and compliance documentation
Liaising with customers, finance providers, suppliers, and internal teams
Supporting the sales team with administration and reporting tasks
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Updating internal systems and ensuring vehicle data accuracy
Ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulationsRequirements of the Sales Administrator:
Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor trade
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
