Description:
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our reputable client who is based in Irlam.
Role Details:
* Position Title: Sales Administrator / Order Processor
* Location: Irlam
* Hours: Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – fully office based
* Salary: upto £32,000
Purpose of the role:
* Supporting the team with processing of orders.
* Purchasing of requested material for client jobs.
* Raising clients’ concerns and needs to the account managers the senior management team.
* Answering the phone and dealing with client queries
* Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
* Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.
* Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
* Managing timelines and deadlines your customers need to meet to ensure production milestones are achieved
* Accountability of your own workload and supporting the team to cover annual leave.

* Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to take own initiative.
* Team player and willing to offer support when required.
