SALES ADMINISTRATOR***
An immediate opening has just landed for an experienced and organised office-based Sales Administrator to assist the General Manager of a busy sales office. The role will involve the processing of customer orders and regular communication with suppliers, logistics and customers therefore excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail will be key.
Salary £26K + free on-site parking
Key responsibilities for the Sales Administrator include,
Processing customer orders
Checking data accuracy on orders and invoices
Contacting customers/suppliers to obtain missing information or answer queries
Reconcile Carrier invoices
Liaise with the logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Communicate important information to and from the warehouse
Liaise with suppliers and carriers
General administration including filingThe ideal Sales Administrator will need,
Previous sales administration experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Confident Office 365 and CRM skills along with fast/accurate typing skills
A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail is essential
An ability to work efficiently and to strict deadlinesThis role would suit an experienced and flexible Sales Administrator who enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking within a busy sales office.
Hours 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
