Description
Sales Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage stationary orders
Assist the transport team with vehicle organization and logistics coordination
Input and process sales orders, producing relevant labels and delivery notes
Support purchasing of non-standard stock items
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels
Handle invoicing, scanning, and electronic filing of sales orders and related documents
Monitor shared sales email inbox and address customer queries
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Fulfill any reasonable requests from the line managerProfile
Sales Administrator - Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
