The company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a sales member on a temp to perm basis, on behalf of a manufacturing company in the Dudley area.
The role:
Ensure the smooth running of the sales department in a fast-paced environment. Aiding the running of other departments when required.
Main Responsibilities:
General administration duties—photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Processing sales orders.
Excellent communication skills—verbal.
Answering inbound phone calls and email enquiries.
Dealing with inbound purchase orders, ensuring they are processed correctly.
Aiding the purchasing team on occasions—mainly when covering orders for bespoke customer orders.
Ability to help other departments as and when required (i.e., Dynashape & Stores).
Experience using accounting systems, Sage (preferable).
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Hours of work:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
£12.50 p/hour
