My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an expanding team with an immediate start available.
Package -
* Monday - Friday
* 09:00 - 17:00
* £11.44 per hour
* Will turn into a permanent position for the suitable candidate
Responsibilities -
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
* Manage lead intake, book appointments and surveys.
* Collaborate closely with the accounts and ordering departments.
* Maintain and update sales and customer records.
* Develop monthly sales reports and stay updated with new products and features.
* Handle telephone enquiries.
* Provide exceptional aftersales support.
* Process orders and verify data accuracy, contacting clients for any missing information
* Run daily office operations and perform various office duties
Requirements -
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent knowledge of customer service principles.
* Proficient IT skills.
* A friendly and personable demeanour.
* Ability to work as part of a team, along with independent working and contribute new ideas for efficiency.
* Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
