CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a specialist chemicals manufacturing company at their site based in Wigan on a full time, permanent basis.
The Company:
Our client is a well-established, award-winning specialist polymer and resin manufacturer. The company offers a salary around £22,600 per annum, as well as 25 days' holiday, pension and healthcare.
Location:
This role is based at the company's site near Chorley and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, etc.
Sales Administrator Role:
Your main duties will be to:
Processing incoming sales orders via e-mail or phone accurately and in a timely manner.
Answer and deal with customer queries.
Follow up order status and reporting of any problems or delays.
Producing credits, check invoices and custom invoices.
Order transport as required and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers.
Producing Dangerous Goods Notes for Export purposes.
Liaising with production and warehouse, and internal and external customers.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
Experience within sales / customer service.
Be familiar with Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previous use of ERP system.
