As an Sales Administrator you will be responsible for :
Responsible for delivery of start-to-end service process of UK customer base.
Work to SLA and provide excellent customer service
Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
Sales quotation and order processing
Managing customer accounts and being first point of contact for any queries, orders or complaints.
To be successful in this role of Sales Administrator you will ideally have:
Experience within a Sales Coordinator/Administration role
Experience using an ERP system
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Ideally you will have experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
