As Sales Administrator you will play an instrumental role in business operations, providing a pivotal link between internal departments and external business customers.

You will be responsible for all sales administration and B2B customer service, delivering a smooth order and distribution process.

On-site & free parking.Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

Sales order and purchase order entry on internal ERP and B2B platforms.
Provide excellent day to day administrative support to the Sales Team.
Provide excellent day to day customer service to retail accounts, ensuring all KPI's are met.
Work very closely with Finance, Warehousing & Logistics to ensure all operations run smoothly.
Work towards monthly targets by planning, allocating and booking in retailer deliveries, keeping them up to date with lead times and stock availability.
Reporting - produce weekly allocation, delivery and stock reports along with seasonal reporting and figures/updates for the Management Team on a regular basis.Sales Administrator Skills, Experience & Qualifications

2+ years' experience within sales administration and customer service, in a B2B environment.
Deadline driven with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
