Description:

My growing client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. You will provide comprehensive administrative support across their sales department to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

* Prepare Product Orders: Handling the preparation of Product Orders for monthly renewals. Upload these orders to DocuSign for approval and manage the process of obtaining customer signatures and returns.

* Follow-up on Product Orders: Track and follow up on Product Orders that have not been returned, serving as the central point of contact for these records.

* Email Management: Monitor and manage the Sales email inbox, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

* Customer Records Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records in Finance system and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

* Order Processing: Process consumable orders in finance system (training will be provided), ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

* Sales Quotes: Support sales to prepare and send sales quotes to clients for their consideration, following up as necessary to support sales team.

* Client Engagement: Make curiosity calls to existing clients to foster relationships and gather feedback on outstanding invoices where necessary, managing the central records for these interactions.

Personal Profile

* Proven experience in a sales administrative or support role.

* Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software, particularly Odoo.

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
