Description:
SF Recruitment have an exciting Temporary to Permanent Sales Administrator Opportunity with our client in Sutton in Ashfield.
You will be required to:
Enter quotes into the system.
Coordinate with customers and external parties
Organise and archive order documents.
Keep customers informed about order progress and prepare weekly schedules.
Transition quotes to orders upon receipt of a signed confirmation.
Generate and distribute order acknowledgments.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure accuracy in specifications.
Follow up on any missing information from customers or end users.
Maintain up-to-date order information.
Full Time, Office Based, Monday - Friday , Early finish on Fridays at 3pm.
3 month Temporary Position with a Permanent opportunity at the end.
£12.00 per hour.

Previous experience in Administration/Customer Service
Previous experience managing quotations and purchase orders
