Sales Administrator with strong customer service skills required to join a busy office in Hucknall. The role will involve working in the sales department and supporting all of the general business operations.
The role will involve:
• Working as an sales administrator in a busy office
• Liaising with suppliers to purchase goods
• Build and maintain relationships with the sales team
• Liaising with other departments to deal with customer queries
• General administration duties; scanning, shredding etc.
• Using a variety of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Extending and terminating customer contracts
• Frequently emailing to communicate with both internal and external branches
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Experience working in a similar role
• Ability to use Microsoft packages confidently
• Be positive, proactive and professional
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience purchasing goods would be advantageous
Package offered:
£22,308 per annum
Immediate start
Permanent position
Day shifts: 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday
