Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient handling from receipt to dispatch
Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates on order status and resolving any queries promptly
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, managing sales data, and coordinating with other departments
Update and maintain customer records in the company's CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Ensuring inventory levels are managed and posting purchase orders to the internal system
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales orders, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.

Ideal Sales Administrator Candidate:

Order processing experience advantageous
Meticulous and thorough, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
