Fantastic Sales Administrator role available now in Bredbury!

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of CRM software, and outstanding communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between our sales team and clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Input and update customer data, sales activities, and relevant documentation into the CRM system.
Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and support to sales staff on how to effectively utilise the CRM system.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to customers.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing correspondence.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytic skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Benefits:
