Sales Administrator
Job Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established company in Poole.
This is a busy, varied role which will involve understanding customers order requirements and ensuring that they are dispatched and received on time.
You will need excellent communication skills as you will be liaising across different departments within the business to ensure order fulfilment is running smoothy.
Within this role you will be:
* Providing an excellent service and responding to customer enquiries
* Taking the time to build rapport with your customers and understand their requirements
* Putting quotations together and checking them with the customer
* Accurately processing customer orders and communicating any delays
* Logging all information on the database
Applicant requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales admin / customer service role
* Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
* Good use of computers
* Good level of administrations skills
* High level of accuracy is essential
* A team player who can work effectively and efficiently to achieve the very best results
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week
