SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Walkden | £32,000 | Permanent
The role
* Process sales orders accurately from enquiry through to completion
* Provide first-class customer service by phone and email
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
* Prepare quotations, order paperwork and sales documentation
* Monitor orders, deliveries and deadlines
* Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
* Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Resolve queries quickly and professionally
* Help ensure the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or a similar commercial administration role.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised and detail-focused
* Confident dealing with customers
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Commercially aware and proactive
* A strong communicator
* Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a busy team
