SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Bolton)
We are looking for a permanent experienced, motivated and organised Sales Administrator
About you:
At least 5 years’ experience of working in a sales administrative role
Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand and execute customer requirements.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience using a sales CRM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Sales and Logistics Support:
• Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist with orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software.
• Handle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, improve efficiency and ensure customer orders are met.
General Administration:
• Communicating with customers and colleagues by telephone and email ensuring queries are dealt with and customers are kept up to date and informed.
• Answer phone calls and handle mail.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Organise and file documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining confidentiality.
• Input and update information into databases and systems accurately.
